Founder
Charles Ash is the managing member of National Wage and Hour Law. He has extensive experience in litigating class and collective action lawsuits in federal courts throughout the country.
Charles has recovered millions of dollars in wages on behalf of his clients. The judicial opinions issued in many of his cases have improved working conditions and compensation benefits for employees around the country. In fact, he was named by Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star."
His bar admissions include: the State of Michigan, Eastern District of Michigan, Western District of Michigan, Northern District of Illinois, District of Colorado, Western District of Texas, the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He has been admitted pro hac vice to federal courts for wage and hour litigation in states that include, but are not limited to: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Iowa, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Missouri, Texas, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, New York, and Pennsylvania.
When he is not practicing law, Charles enjoys spending time with his kids, playing soccer, and watching science fiction movies. He is an avid supporter of the English soccer team Tottenham Hotspur.

JINAN HAMOOD
Of Counsel
Jinan Hamood has a diverse background in civil litigation. She has represented many employees in legal disputes with their employers.
Jinan holds leadership roles in the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan (President) and in the Washtenaw County Bar Association (Director at Large). Jinan is also fluent in Arabic.
When she is not practicing law, Jinan enjoys spending time with her family and hosting social gatherings.
